Khaya Centre Mount Olive – Orphans and vulnerable children – Early Childhood Development

Mount Olive Outreach was established 13 years ago by Pastor C Afrika and registered as a non-profit organisation (NPO) in 2003. In the same year, Mount Olive Outreach launched its home-based care programme to support those infected and affected by TB/HIV/AIDS. Based in Lehae, Johannesburg, Mount Olive relies on a group of caring individuals that are passionate about helping those less privileged and making a difference in their community. The programme aims to develop and equip the community of Lehae to better the lives of individuals dealing with issues resulting from HIV/AIDS.

Much of Mount Olive’s work is focused on the 750 orphans and vulnerable children who are living in Lehae, many of whom come from child-headed households.

Orange Babies supports the Early Childhood Development and Youth Development programmes.
